B2B Sales Representative — Durable Medical Equipment (DME)

Climbing Steps, Inc. is hiring an experienced B2B Sales Representative to build and grow our wholesale channel across our Mobile Stairlift, Mobile Patient Lift, and VoltStair brands. This is a high-upside role for a proven DME industry seller who knows how to open new accounts and grow existing ones.

You'll own our dealer, distributor, and wholesaler relationships — prospecting new partners while nurturing and growing the accounts we already have. If you already understand the durable medical equipment market and the businesses that move it, this is a chance to get in early on a growing channel with a clear path to real income and leadership.

What This Role Really Is

This is a true business-development role, not order-taking. You will open new dealer, distributor, and wholesale accounts while deepening relationships with the partners we already serve — building trust with buyers and decision-makers, negotiating terms, and growing recurring volume across our brands. Success comes from industry knowledge, consistent outreach, and turning every account into a long-term partner.

You'll manage your entire pipeline in HubSpot — using it to drive performance, not just log activity — and help shape how we sell into the B2B channel as it scales. Travel to trade shows and key accounts may be required.

What You Will Do

  • Prospect, open, and close new dealer, distributor, and wholesale accounts in the DME space
  • Nurture and grow existing accounts — expanding product mix, reorder volume, and loyalty
  • Build and manage relationships with buyers, purchasing managers, and decision-makers
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and programs that win and retain accounts
  • Own a full B2B sales pipeline in HubSpot, with disciplined follow-up and forecasting
  • Re-engage dormant accounts and uncover new channel opportunities
  • Take full ownership of your territory, numbers, and outcomes
  • Represent Climbing Steps at industry trade shows and events
  • Contribute insights to improve our B2B sales process and go-to-market approach

Who Thrives in This Role

  • Experienced selling Durable Medical Equipment (DME) or closely related products
  • Proven track record opening new accounts and growing existing ones — dealers, distributors, or wholesalers
  • Comfortable with consultative, relationship-driven selling and negotiation
  • Skilled with HubSpot (or a comparable CRM) for pipeline and forecasting
  • Highly organized, persistent, and accountable to your numbers
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and energized by building something early
  • Willing to travel to accounts and trade shows as needed
